Below is just a small selection of the many letters and emails that we receive from delighted passengers who have taken a flight with Kent Ballooning. Many of these passengers have come back to fly with us again and all of them have recommended us to friends and family!
What can I say but a very BIG thank you to you and the crew for such an excellent evening. I couldn’t have asked for anything better, friendly and well organised. I have watched other companies in the past from launch to landing and I suggest they come and see you guys and see how it should really be done. Thanks Again

Special thanks should go to the pilot who was extremely knowledgeable and informative both in the briefing and during and after the flight, as well as providing some entertaining anecdotes. An excellent experience all round and one I should very much like to repeat in the future.

Michael & Louisa, We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our balloon trip, on June 17 th . The weather was perfect and we felt totally safe with Michael at the helm. Just a quick note on behalf my parents in law to say thanks for a great flight last evening and my son has not stopped talking about the big yellow balloon. I enclose two JPGs of my son (aged 2) doing his bit to fold up the canopy, which I think goes to show that balloon chasing can be great fun for family members of all ages!

Dear Kent Ballooning, I wanted to send a thank you for such a wonderful experience our balloon flight was on the morning of Tuesday 28 th August. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and made to feel at ease and welcome. All the crews were extremely friendly, especially Michael, who made the flight a most amazing experience. Surprisingly for me, it was made all the more special as my partner proposed to me during the flight when were above the clouds a mile high! I happily accepted which meant the champagne was marking a most amazing time for me.

I had my balloon flight last night, 22 August, and I would just like to thank you for the experience of a life time It was absolutely wonderful and I would love to do it again. My 6 year old wants to go up so hopefully I will get another flight in a couple of years. Many thanks for the experience

Dear All, What an experience! We would all ike to thank you all for our absolutely splendid balloon fligtht last evening, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The weather was kind and the scenerey – well – there didn’t seem to be much conversation from the passengers during our ascent – I think everyone wsa spellbound!! The Pilot did an excellent job, navigation, explaining and landing. The whole event was both friendly and professional.

We enjoyed our balloon flight so much last night and despite being in our 80’s your Pilot make us very comfotable and happy – and I’ve had many a rougher landing in powered aircraft than your basket. We dropped down with incredible precision, just gently brushing the tops of the trees as we touched down between them. After that we stood about enjoying champangne and scenere while your accomplished crew packed away and took us back to to our car. It’s a gloriious way of savouring the still-beautlify English countryside.
