How is COVID-19 affect my flight?
We are continuing to monitor the developments related to the COVID-19 outbreak to keep our passengers and employees safe.
As a result of the social distancing guidance issued by the UK government we have taken the decision to suspend all scheduled flights between 11th April (the start of the season) and 30th June 2020.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and as soon as it is safe to do so, we will start flying again.
What about my Voucher?
If you have a current valid Voucher then don’t worry! During this period of flight suspension, we have extended all valid vouchers for a further 12 months from their current expiry date.
If you have a flight date booked between 11th April and 30th June 2020 then you will receive an email advising you of the postponement and asking you to reschedule your flight at your convenience.
What happens if I buy a new Voucher?
Any Vouchers purchased between 18th March and 30th June 2020 will automatically have 18 months of validity, allowing passengers to fly this year or next
Like all of us, we are concerned about our family and friends and understand that even once any restrictions have been lifted a balloon flight might not be top of the list – that’s why we are giving every passenger some extra time to allow things to get back to normal.
